Khao Yai on a Rainy Day

We went to Khao Yai again for adventuring the jungle walk.

One fine day..

First stop at Krua Khao Yai for lunch.

Not a long way to go

Sky and earth

Deer

Let's go to take pictures

Then we stopped at Haew Suwat Waterfall where is probably the most popular waterfall
in Khao Yai National Park.  We say this because it's so easy to access.

Then we continued our trip to Haew Narok Waterfall.
It's the most impressive waterfall here.

Here we arrived.  We were only able to see the uppermost leap
from an overlook at the end of a 1 km. trail.

The walk started off flat and relatively wide through a dense jungle area.

Then we crossed over a long bridge over a gorge containing the stream that would
ultimately feed the waterfall.  And beyond the bridge, we eventually reached a section
with a lot of steep stairs descending down towards the overlook of the uppermost waterfall.

Each step is so steep

Because of rainy season and it rained almost everyday, the water strongly fell down
as you can see from the mist.

Next stop was Palio

Before heading back to Bangkok, we visited the new trendy restaurant named
The Smoke House.
